Terms of Service for SmartAvion

Effective 2025. Welcome to SmartAvion, a service of smartavion.digital. These terms apply to AI automation solutions for home and micro-business, digital materials, and physical hardware.

1. Scope

These terms govern provision of services, info products, and goods by SmartAvion. By accessing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Services include custom automation setups, remote configuration, and support for home and micro-business environments. Schedule details and delivery timelines are described in service agreements. Services may be rescheduled at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours before the planned date. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the session, no refund is issued due to preparatory work and resource allocation.

3. Information Products

Info products comprise digital guides, templates, and software licenses. Access is granted upon completion of the process. If you request a refund within seven days of purchase and have not fully accessed the materials, we will issue a refund. After significant access, refunds are not available.

4. Goods

Physical items include hardware devices delivered by SmartAvion. To initiate a refund, please send the item back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipment. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the payment instrument used at purchase.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

To request a refund or to cancel, contact us via our support form. Refunds for services and info products will be processed within 14 days of approval. For goods, refunds are processed within 14 days after item receipt. If a service description explicitly states 'no refund', no refund applies due to unique labor and resource planning.

6. Liability

SmartAvion provides services and products as is. We are not liable for incidental or consequential effects arising from use of our offerings.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
